Nature of This Website

Osage County Released Inmates is a private reference site with no authority to act for a government office. We do not store an official roster, release record, court record, or corrections file. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, change a record, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

The pages identify public sheriff, ODOC, court, VINE, supervision, and federal resources. Some pages also connect visitors with independent research tools. The office or provider that holds the source controls its own access, terms, and result.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site and its links lawfully and without harming people, systems, or other visitors. In particular, you must not:

• Break any local, state, or federal law through use of the site.
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision.
• Attempt to enter accounts, servers, data, or restricted functions without permission.
• Operate bots, scrapers, or other automated collection tools against the site.
• Disrupt access, overload services, or interfere with another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reporting Services

Osage County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide credit reports, background checks, consumer reports, or screening services. Its advertising and search partners do not offer those services through this site. You agree not to use the information here or a result reached through the site for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, lease approval, or housing screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premium decisions.
• Licensing, permitting, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to release records, sheriff or corrections pages, courts, government portals, legal resources, and independent search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, security, privacy practices, price, results, availability, or changes. Review the destination's own terms before using it.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranty regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any information.
• Continuous or uninterrupted site availability.
• The absence of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses.
• The completeness or usefulness of any partner search result.

Custody and public-record information can change at any time. Nothing on the site is an official statement from OCSO, ODOC, a court, or another government agency. Verify important facts with the office that created the record.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Osage County Released Inmates and its operators will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the site, its content, or an outbound service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Ownership of Site Material

The site's original text, graphics, logos, code, and arrangement belong to Osage County Released Inmates or its content partners unless another owner is identified. You may not copy, distribute, publish, sell, or modify protected material without prior written permission.

Suspension of Access

Oklahoma Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected term will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
